Founded in Orange, NSW, our roastery is inspired by the distinct four seasons of the region—from the crisp, snow-dusted winters at the foot of Mt Canobolas to the vibrant, blossoming springs in Cook Park.
Our mission is to provide the local community, from the cafes on Byng Street to home brewers in East Orange, with specialty coffee that reflects our high-altitude climate. We source ethically grown single-origin beans and craft signature blends like our "Pinnacle, Seismic and Magnitude Blends", all named after an aspect of the previously volcanic Mount Canobolas, which we’ve developed specifically to complement the unique water profile of the Orange LGA.
